February 6 – The Hellenic Football Federation (EPO) has signed a sponsorship agreement with sports equipment supplier Liga Sport. The company exclusively distributes and sells Zeus Srl, Football Masters and Liga Accessories goods to stores, clubs and academies.
“The Hellenic Football Federation announces the start of a sponsorship agreement with the company Liga Sport, which actively supports the National Teams as a supplier of sports training equipment and at the same time satisfies the Federation’s various equipment needs,” an EPO statement read.
“The sponsorship partnership between the Hellenic Football Federation and Liga Sport is a first-class opportunity for a qualitatively efficient collaboration aimed at providing the best possible equipment to the athletes of Greek football.
“This partnership proves that Liga Sport consistently supports Greek sports and the strengthening of the sports spirit in our country, by promoting values such as dedication, love for football, the will and perseverance for progress and development of the sport in Greece, values and goals that the Hellenic Football Federation has embraced and implemented over time.”
Liga Sport has been active since 2015 in team sports, specialising in equipment for training athletes. It has collaborated with over 850 sports clubs in Greece and abroad, and is the only sports company in the Balkans to have secured FIFA Quality Pro, FIFA Quality and FIFA Basic certificates for its products.
In addition, it partners with the Jordanian Football Federation, which makes it the only company in the Balkans that is active in a Middle Eastern championship.
