December 23 – FIFA and Netflix have inked a deal for the exclusive rights in the US to the 2027 and 2031 Women’s World Cups, marking another significant streaming deal for a major tournament.
December 20 – In a significant drop from the previous rights agreement, the Belgian Pro League and DAZB have signed a new five-year deal, worth €84,2 million. The reduction in broadcast fees has prompted clubs to talk about a review of the currrent league format.

November 5 – FIFA has announced a standalone tender in the United States for the broadcast rights to the 2027 Women’s World Cup that Brazil will stage.
October 31 – The Women’s Professional Leagues Limited (WPLL) has agreed what it says is “the most significant broadcast partnership ever for women’s football”, following a new rights agreement with Sky and BBC Sport in the UK and Ireland.
October 29 – The current women’s European champions, England will remain on free-to-air television after ITV renewed its agreement with the English Football Association. The FA described the contract as a “record deal” without announcing any financials.
